BALKIS: Whose Money Is It?
Well,
Recently, one 'money transfer' caught the eye of the Selangor Menteri Besar. Yes, it was none other than the transaction which was made by the wife of Khir Toyo on behalf of BALKIS (Wives of Selangor Assemblymen and MPs Welfare and Charity Organisation).
Dr Khir was defending his wife, Datin Seri Zaharah Kechik, and made some comments which I need not elaborate further. One can always refer to TheStar, Utusan Online or Malaysia-today to update oneself regarding this matter. (One thing I'd like to mention though, is that she looks like someone who has has some nosejob and/or other plastic surgeries. Just like the husband).
Somehow, the money now sits with BAKTI, BALKIS' counterpart for the MP's. Usually, whenever we have something of this nature, the PM will spring up to his feet and make some remarks. Or in PakLah's case, KJ will do that on his behalf.
Yet, neither PakLah nor KJ have opened their mouths, and none have said anything.
Honestly, I believe the transfer is wrong. What I believe even more is that, PakLah's silence is somehow related to Khir Toyo's mounting a challenge for the Youth Leader post this december. This issue could have been easily solved, or not given the appropriate attention by the media as it usually does. However, the 'extensive' coverage, plus the TV3 broadcast on Khir's explanation must count to something.
One has to remember, people always reflect a figure's characteristics by his/her spouse's behaviour. And now, Khir's political career seems hanging by this thread. Should his wife be proven guilty, that would put at least a pause to Khir's political career, just like what happened to Muhammad son of Muhammad.
Well KT, that's just the beginning of your long winding road before you actually come face to face with KJ in december. 8 months can be a long time in one's political career, especially if one is going against the son-in-law-who-dishonestly-won-the-parliament-seat of the Prime Minister. Come december, I would not be surprised if you'd have been totally 'evaporated', just like the daughter of Shaaribu Setev...
